It is very simple to get started and you have our permission to drag over (Copy & paste) some or all of our over 2000 fast selling products from our website http://www.irisimports.com/ If you are based in USA/Canada and after creating an online account (Create Now ) you will automatically receive the most recent hard copy of our catalogs and pricelist in the mail and all others outside these areas can download a pricelist after creating an account from the website.
The following are simple procedures in dealing with on line transactions however please be patient with us as we have growing pains in attempting to continuously update and simplify this operation for everyone.
Step 1.

We don’t charge a drop shipping membership fee unlike other companies. In order to protect our retail merchants please do not forget to enter your company name as you will otherwise be ignored. Having created an online account you will receive an e m confirmation advising that you are now assigned to our wholesale merchants pricing. You will see the same website as before but at wholesale pricing (Allow up to 12 hours to be assigned)
Step 2 .
Once you receive an order from your customer or your on line website you will then place an order on our website with your customers shipping details at which time you will then receive an automatic shopping cart copy invoice confirmation to your e m .
Step 3.
At this time you will enter your C.C details on our secure site and may not have to do this again for future orders if you send us an e m to keep it on our secure files from your first order. Any future orders thereafter just enter check # 1 as default to force order and we will charge your card on file. This will save you a lot of time and frustration of having to always enter your C.C details.Remember all drop shipping orders are only accepted by credit card unless there is prior approval agreement in place for any other format.
Step 4.
Our in house software generated invoice will be e mailed to you only showing your customers shipping details from your company along with C.C approval #. Remember this is the only invoice you will receive as no hard copy will be mailed out. The shipping charges generated on our website are approximate and generous. At this time you will see the true shipping charges which are often less than the shopping cart invoice but does include a $3.00 surcharge for every box package ($1.50 per envelope) to cover packaging etc. In addition when we ship and all data is electronicaly sent to UPS at end of day you will receive an automatic UPS tracking # to your e mail which will only show your name as the shipper details (If shipped by this method) detailing the approx arrival date. There are no markings what so ever anywhere on the package to indicate that the goods were shipped from Irish Products Ltd plus the label clearly has you as the shipper.
No addresses or e mails are ever shared with third parties.
Our Future Plans.
As this is a relatively new introduction and extension to our business we are continuing to improve and update our online services and the following are improvements we are now considering which we hope to introduce in the near future.
Orders
Any on line orders generated on our website will show the immediate availability of our stock level or approx future delivery time. This information will in turn give you an instant opportunity to advise your customer of the status or if you wish to remain on back order .
Payment
As an additional payment option to above you will have the choice to Pay by Pay Pal or some other secure payment method.
Shipping
We hope to have in the near future more accurate on line shipping charges. As of right now most shipping charges are as close as we can get from the chart rate in USPS ( United States Postal Services) & UPS .
Terms & Conditions.
Our minimum drop ship order is $10.00 and all orders should be placed on our website.
Remember you take responsibility for any wrong addresses charges that may occur -UPS charges $10.00 for interception but any changes prior to shipping will not incur a charge.All RETURNS - should be made to:

If a drop ship customer changes their mind after goods shipped for whatever reason then you need to call our warehouse for an RA # (Return Authorization) which should be listed on the package.Remember you are responsible for a 10% re stocking charge of the value.
